You need to contact us and let us know what type of bike you want to rent, the desired dates, and the delivery address. Once we confirm availability, we will send you a payment link to pay 50% of the total amount. Once we receive the payment, we will send you an email confirming the reservation details.

You must be over 18 years old. At the time of bike delivery, we will need your ID/NIE/Passport to verify your identity when signing the contract.

The rental price includes the cost of the bike you will use during the selected period, as well as the delivery and pickup service at your home/hotel.

Yes, it is necessary to provide a credit card to pay the deposit, which is refundable.

We do not offer insurance for the bikes. Their use and care are your responsibility.

Yes. Once the reservation is confirmed, you provide us with your home address or the address of your accommodation, and we will deliver the bike at the agreed date and time.

As long as we have availability, we can change the size without any problem.

It is possible to cancel the reservation, but please note that it may be subject to penalties.

• Cancellations up to 30 days before the start date: 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
• Cancellations between 30 and 15 days before the start date: 50% of the price of the reserved service.
• Cancellations 15 days or less before the start date: no refund.

Please remember that these penalties apply to the total amount of the reserved service, not to the amounts already paid.

Yes. We have Giant road and urban helmets available for rent, subject to availability.

It depends. We have road bike pedals compatible with Look and Shimano available. We also offer basic platform pedals.
They are included in the price, subject to availability.
Urban/sport bikes are delivered with pedals.
